FORD MOTOR COMPANY FUND PRESIDENT TO BE NAMED HONORARY CHAIR OF BIZFEST COMPETITION
 

The USHCC Foundation is proud to announce that Sandra Ulsh, President of Ford Motor Company Fund has been named Honorary Chair of the National BizFest. Ms. Ulsh joined Ford in 1979 as an economic analyst and currently leads the Ford Motor Company Fund.

BizFest is the USHCC Foundation’s signature Youth Entrepreneurship Training Program. The National BizFest consists of 3-day extensive workshops where students learn how to establish entrepreneurial and leadership goals, create plans for business and life, become effective leaders and team players, network in business environments and make presentations. BizFest is led by a team of expert trainers including Cathy Davis of Girl Scouts of the USA, National Training Partner of the USHCC Foundation. The training team includes Carlos Ojeda Jr., Ismael “Junior” Ortiz and Damaris Gonzalez.

The USHCC Foundation will host the National BizFest where students will be competing for prizes, scholarships and internship opportunities with the USHCC Foundation.

In addition to the National BizFest, the USHCC Foundation will host more than 50 students from the School District of Philadelphia who will compete for a chance to participate in the 2007 National BizFest in Puerto Rico.
